Eugen Seitz AG became a Serwise client in 2007, when the valve specialist implemented APPLIX TM1 as management information system. APPLIX was acquired by Cognos and subsequently by IBM in 2009. In 2012, Eugen Seitz migrated their environment to IBM Cognos Express, which TM1 had been integrated into. Serwise still consults and assists the client with upgrades and when new requirements arise.
